Special thanks to Sally, Sarah and the team at Hutton Rudby Doctors' Practice, together with the district nurses for the care given to Mum at her home. Thanks also to Owen Barthram and his staff at Barthram Funeral Service for the sensitive and caring help with the arrangements of Mum's funeral.
